Features
1. Ambient air is used as the detection medium, calibration filter paper is provided, and the filtration efficiency of 0.3 micron NaCl particles under standard conditions is obtained by adjusting the balance coefficient.
2. Used for relative comparison, not absolute judgment. As a non-standard test equipment, environmental impact may affect the test results. Therefore, the best use of this portable instrument is for the relative comparison of melt-blown materials, rather than the absolute value of the test results as the basis for judgment.
3. At the same time, in order to achieve the accuracy of the absolute value of the test result as much as possible, the instrument is designed with balanced correction, which is used to correct the absolute value of the test result in order to be closer to the standard instrument.
4. The resistance (Pa) of the test result is not affected by the environment, and the test result can be compared with the standard instrument.
5. This instrument can be used as a resistance tester for semi-finished products of melt-blown plants, and can also be used as a product uniformity testing device in product control of melt-blown plants. The cost is low and the operation is easy.
