SC-L8013 Installed filter system leakage test system consists of photometer and generator, comply with ISO 14644-3 B.6.3, used for leakage test of installed filter system in cleanroom. It can also be used for leakage test of filter and filter system.
Advantages
Cold and thermal generators are optional. Cold aerosol generator is suitable for single point leak detection, thermal aerosol generator is suitable for multi-point online leak detection.
Various types of aerosols can be used in the generator, and the aerosol concentration is high, continuous and stable.
The aerosol photometer adopts Android system, equipped with excellent air pump and light source. With stable system, fast response speed and strong data processing ability.
7-inch touch screen is convenient for system operation, observation and data reading.
The sampling probe and photometer are connected quickly, and the probe LCD screen can display the set value and leakage rate.
3 mode reports are available. Equipped with a printer and data interface used for printing or transmitting test results.
The alarm value can be set. When the leakage rate exceeds the set alarm value, the alarm mode will be triggered.
Applications
Used for leakage test of installed filter system, verify whether the clean room facilities have bypass leakage (Including filter frame and sealing washer, filter mounting bracket), and whether the filter is defective. Including cleanrooms in nuclear facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical facilities & cleanrooms, biosafety cabinets & fume hoods.
Use the generator to inlet the test aerosol in the upwind direction of the filter, then scan the filter, support frame, etc. in the downwind direction, or sample in the downstream sampling pipe.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
we are a professional tester manufacturer with 25 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Suzhou, where is only 100 kilometers far away from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. It is pretty convenient for you to make a visit.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be between15 and 30 days after deposit payment. If there is stock for the instrument you want, timely shipment will be arranged within 7 days.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We will provide you with real photos or video of the instrument before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
Available in EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.
5. What is your packing for the tester?
Generally, packed with wooden case. We can do some adjustments in terms of your special requirement.
6. Can the mask tester be certified?
There is certification requirements for mask only, and there has no relevant certification requirements for mask tester, but a calibration report is required. we will provide a calibration report with a randomizer for our mask test instrument. The calibration report is valid for one year. After then, we can also support the corresponding calibration service for small fee.
7. Do you have after-sales service?
We can provide on-site installation and commissioning service for you, but you need to bear the travel expense of our engineer. The warranty period will be one year. Free replacement parts will be supplied during this period. Only accessories and corresponding shipping charges will be charged out of the warranty period.
8. Is there an English interface for your instrument?
Our instrument can be customized on the base of your demand. For example, both mask tester and filter material tester can be displayed in Chinese, English and Korean interfaces. The instruction manual is available in both Chinese and English.
